Account & Registration

Creating an account is quick and easy. Click the Register button at the top of the page, fill in your details, and follow the verification steps. The whole process usually takes just a few minutes. Make sure you use accurate information — this is needed for account verification and withdrawals later on.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at 766pub. This is a firm requirement in line with responsible gaming standards. We verify age during the account verification process and reserve the right to close any account found to be in violation.

No. Each player is allowed only one active account on 766pub. Creating duplicate accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings. If you've lost access to your account, please contact our support team instead of creating a new one.

Account verification (KYC) typically requires a valid government-issued ID — such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license — and proof of address. You may also be asked to verify your payment method. Documents can be uploaded directly through your account dashboard. Verification is required before processing withdrawals.

On the Login page, look for the password reset option and follow the steps. A reset link or OTP will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. If you no longer have access to your registered contact details, reach out to our support team directly for assistance.
Deposits & Withdrawals

766pub supports Philippine Peso (PHP) deposits through local payment options including online banking, bank transfers, and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Head to the Deposit page to see the full list of currently available methods and any applicable processing details.

Most deposits are credited to your 766pub account within a few minutes once the transaction is confirmed on your payment provider's end. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, please check your transaction receipt and contact our support team with the reference number.

Currently, 766pub does not accept cryptocurrency as a deposit or withdrawal method for wagering. We focus on PHP-denominated local payment channels to keep things simple and accessible for our Philippine players. Please check the Deposit page for an up-to-date list of accepted methods.

Log in to your account and navigate to the withdrawal section in your dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and confirm. Please ensure your account is fully verified (KYC complete) before submitting a withdrawal request, as unverified accounts will not be processed.

Processing times can vary depending on the payment method and whether your account verification is complete. Additional security checks may also be applied for larger transactions. If your withdrawal has been pending beyond the expected timeframe, get in touch with support and have your transaction ID ready.
Bonuses & Promotions

766pub runs various promotions for both new and returning players, which may include welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback deals, and seasonal campaigns. The specifics — including amounts, eligible games, and any wagering conditions — are always detailed on our Promotions page. We recommend checking there regularly.

Most bonuses do come with wagering requirements — meaning you'll need to play through the bonus a certain number of times before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. The exact terms differ per promotion and are always stated clearly on the relevant promotion detail page. Read the full terms before claiming any bonus.

In most cases, yes — you can forfeit an active bonus through your account settings. However, doing so may also remove any bonus balance and related winnings. If you're unsure about a specific bonus, contact support before making any changes so we can walk you through your options.
Games

766pub offers a wide variety of games including online slots, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and more), eBingo, and poker. You can browse the full collection in our Game Lobby. New titles are added regularly, so there's always something fresh to try.

Live Casino lets you play classic table games in real time with a live dealer streamed directly to your screen. It's the closest thing to sitting at a real casino table from the comfort of your home. Explore what's available on the Live Casino page.

Yes! eBingo is one of the most popular game categories on the platform, especially among Filipino players. Head over to the Bingo section to see active games, schedules, and ticket options. Bingo rooms open regularly throughout the day, so you won't have to wait long for the next game.

All 766pub games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure every outcome is completely random and fair. Live casino games are run by trained dealers under real-time conditions. We partner with reputable game providers who undergo independent auditing to maintain game integrity.
Security & Account Safety

Yes. 766pub uses SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect all data in transit. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We also employ additional security layers to safeguard your account from unauthorized access.

Use a strong, unique password for your 766pub account and avoid sharing it with anyone. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) or OTP verification if available in your account settings. Always log out after each session, especially when using a shared or public device. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

Change your password immediately and contact our support team. We can temporarily lock your account while an investigation is conducted. Do not attempt to access the account through a potentially compromised device until the issue is resolved. Keep any relevant screenshots or transaction records as reference.
Responsible Gaming

We provide several tools to help you stay in control: deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These can be accessed through your account settings. We encourage all players to set personal limits from the start, not just when things become difficult. Learn more on our Responsible Gaming page.

You can request self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting our support team directly. Self-exclusion temporarily or permanently restricts your access to the platform. During this period, you will not receive promotional communications either. This tool is designed to give you a genuine break when you need one.

For most people, online gaming is a fun recreational activity. However, it can become problematic when it starts affecting your finances, relationships, or day-to-day responsibilities. Warning signs include chasing losses, spending more than you can afford, neglecting work or family, or feeling anxious when not playing. If any of these sound familiar, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and resources. Remember: gaming should be entertainment, never a way to earn income.
Technical & Platform

766pub is fully optimized for mobile browsers, so you can enjoy all games and features directly from your smartphone or tablet without needing to download anything. Simply open your preferred mobile browser, go to 766pub.vu, and log in or register to get started — it works smoothly on both Android and iOS devices.

If a game disconnects due to a network or technical issue, most games will either resume from where you left off or the round will be completed automatically based on the game's state at the time of disconnection. If you notice a discrepancy in your balance after a disconnection, contact support with the game name, time, and approximate bet amount so we can investigate.

766pub works best on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. For the smoothest live casino experience, we recommend using Chrome or Edge on desktop, and Chrome or Safari on mobile. Always keep your browser up to date for the best performance and security.
