1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 766pub platform — whether through a browser on your mobile phone, tablet, or desktop — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 766pub.

Using 766pub to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or claim a promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you access the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms — though note that account sharing is prohibited under Section 3.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms.

Account verification (KYC) is a mandatory step before withdrawals can be processed. Verification requires submission of valid government-issued identification. 766pub uses OTP verification via your registered Philippine mobile number as an additional account security measure.

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact 766pub support immediately through your account dashboard.

4 Deposits

All deposits at 766pub are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits via Philippine e-wallets including GCash and Maya, and through Philippine online banking and bank transfer. The available deposit methods and any applicable minimums are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Using a payment account belonging to a third party — including a family member, friend, or any other person — is not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account and the return of funds.

766pub does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency. If a deposit is received through a payment method not accepted by the platform, it will be returned to the source account. Processing times for returned funds depend on your payment provider.

Deposits are credited to your 766pub account balance once confirmed by the payment network. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically supported. All withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved.

766pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. This may include requesting updated identification documents, proof of payment method ownership, or confirmation of recent account activity. These checks are a standard fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measure.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers may take longer than e-wallet withdrawals depending on your financial institution.
• 766pub does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own fees or processing times.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

766pub offers promotions and bonuses to eligible account holders from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and communicated to players at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirements for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for use on the 766pub platform only and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse a promotion — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and account action.
• 766pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active bonuses in a player's account at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to their original terms.

766pub does not guarantee any specific bonus outcome or return. Promotions are a supplementary feature of the platform and not a basis for financial planning or expectation of profit.

7 Game Rules and Betting

Each game available on 766pub — including slots, live casino tables, eBingo, and poker — operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Bets placed and confirmed are final. 766pub will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds that you did not understand the game rules, placed the wrong stake, or changed your mind after the bet was accepted. In the case of a technical error during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned at 766pub's discretion.

8 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. 766pub will never ask for your password through email, SMS, or phone.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited on the 766pub platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

• 766pub is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted service, delays, or technical errors, except where such errors directly result in an incorrect game outcome that has not been corrected under Section 7.
• 766pub is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• Our maximum liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the net deposit value in their account at the time of the relevant event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments
